基于互助模式的抑郁症疗养建筑设计创新研究

Innovative Research on the Design of Depression Sanatorium Building Based on Mutual Assistance Model

中国逐步成为全球抑郁症患者最多的国家,抑郁症已然成为一类社会性现象值得我们重视。目前国内的抑郁症公益组织以及互助团体,无不存在着管理问题和专业方面的缺失,由此产生的社会医疗资源问题也急需解决。本文所研究的创新型抑郁症疗养建筑,旨在为轻度、中度抑郁症患者提供互助行为和疗养活动的场所。通过建筑的功能设置、行为规划、材料选择、空间限定以及户外疗养景观等几方面为抑郁症患者创造出一个舒适、自由的辅助性公益治疗环境,提供抑郁症患者康复期的过度性治疗。本文立足于具体的社会情境中,阐述了针对我国抑郁症患者的建筑设计所面临的问题和解决方案,同时也希望能够促进国内抑郁症公益团体以及相关病患设计的发展。

China has gradually become the world's most depressed countries, depression has become a social phenomenon worthy of our attention. At present, depression public welfare organizations and mutual aid groups in China all have management problems and lack of expertise, and the resulting social medical resources are in urgent need of solution. The innovative depression recuperation building studied in this paper aims to provide a place for the patients with mild and moderate depression to cooperate and recuperate. Through the functional setting, behavior planning, material selection, space limitation and outdoor recuperation landscape of the building, it creates a comfortable and free auxiliary public welfare treatment environment for patients with depression, and provides excessive treatment for patients with depression in the rehabilitation period. Based on the specific social context, this paper expounds the problems and solutions faced by the architectural design for the depressed patients in China, and hopes to promote the development of the design for the depressed public interest groups and related patients in China.
