随着一线城市人口的急剧增加,城市人多地少的矛盾日益加剧90后逐渐成为社会主要力量,未来的住宅必将走向更加集约化、更加智能化、增强公共性的方向。在此背景下,我们从新型极小户型单体设计出发,尝试探讨在私密空间和公共空间实现共享的可能,从类型学角度在空间层面上探讨变化。

With the rapid increase of the population of first-tier cities, the contradiction between urban and urban areas is increasing. After 90, it has gradually become the main force of society. The future housing will surely move toward more intensive, more intelligent and public-oriented directions. In this context, we proceed from the design of the new minimalist unit, try to explore the possibility of sharing in the private space and the public space, and explore the changes at the spatial level from the perspective of typology.
