境外博物馆设施报告的编制对我国的借鉴意义

Borrowing Ideas from Foreign Museums Regarding the Report Constitution of a Standard Form of Facility for Chinese Museums

博物馆建筑以及内外部设施的管理与使用是文物安全的主要保障,博物馆设施报告也是体现博物馆管理水平的一个重要方面,但是在我国,迄今尚没有统一编制适用于我国博物馆的标准设施报告。现有的设施报告多为各馆自行制定或借鉴国外版本,存在着格式混乱、内容不适用或缺失、用语不统一等问题。我国应充分吸收和借鉴境外博物馆设施报告的优点,针对博物馆的共性与特性进行筛选,坚持明确目的、强化逻辑、规范用语等原则,明确文本定位,厘清文本结构,制定出实用、统一的博物馆设施报告,推动我国博物馆建设走向规范化、制度化和科学化。

The use and management of museums buildings and facilities are crucial to the safety of museum collections. The facility report, in a way, reflects the management level of the museum. In China, a standard form of facility report appropriate to Chinese museums is yet to be constituted. The facility report forms currently used in China are either made by the museum itself or borrowed from foreign museums. They are of different formats and some of them have unfitting or missing contents or inconsistent terms. We should adopt the strong points of foreign facility reports while taking into account the similarities as well as differences between Chinese and foreign museums, adhere to the principals of clear objectives, sound logic, and regulated terms, clarify the orientation and structure of the document to constitute a practical and unified facility report form so as to promote the standardization, institutionalization and scientification of museum construction in China.
