男性不育症明清时期临床医集相关文献整理研究

Study on the Literature Collation of Clinical Inpatients in Male Infertility in the Ming and Qing Dynasties

[目的]全面了解明清时期中医文献对男性不育症医案、医论、治则、方药的记载。[方法]经过文献调研,界定查阅中医文献范围为明清临床医集,确定"无子""无嗣"等文献检索关键词。对39本明清时期男性不育症相关的中医临床医集文献,采用计算机兼顾手工检索纸质书籍的方法进行检索,并对所获得的检索相关内容,进行整理筛选。[结果]查得明清时期男性不育症相关文献记载共27924字。其中医论47处,包括生育所具备的生理条件、房事客观条件、生育最佳年龄、房事时机、不育病因病机、治则方药、备孕注意事项、房事注意事项、生男女原理及技巧、女子优选、房事男女最佳状态判断等;医案10个,共2526字,其中明代《医学正印种子篇》记载最多;主流治则16种,尤其以《医学正印种子编》记载最多;方剂74首,其中五子衍宗丸记载次数最多;中草药143种,其中熟地、白茯苓、山药记载频率最高。[结论]明清古籍对男性不育症医案、医论、理法方药等各个方面均有全面详尽的记载,有极高的文献价值和参考价值,对当代中医治疗男性不育症也有非常高的指导意义,值得结合现代医学理论进一步研究。

[Objective] To get a comprehensive understanding of the Chinese medicine cases,Chinese medicine theories,Chinese medicine treatments and Chinese medicine recipes in male infertility in Chinese medical literatures of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.[Methods] We defined the scope of the Chinese medicine literature as the clinical medical collection of the Ming and Qing Dynasties after literature research,and determined the literature search keywords such as"no child"and"innocent"by using the computer search,the paper books and electronic books.After sorting and selecting the relevant content,we finally checked and organized 39 Chinese medicine clinical medical literatures related to male infertility in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.[Results] We referred to the grand total of male infertility related literature in the Ming and Qing Dynasties(27,924 words),including 47 times mentioning Chinese medicine theories about the physiological conditions of fertility,objective conditions of sexual intercourse,best age for childbearing, intercourse time and opportunity,infertility pathogenesis,Chinese medicine recipes and treatments,precautions for pregnancy and having sex,principles and skills of having baby,choosing a fertile woman to mate,the judgment of the best state of men and women having sex,etc.;10 Chinese medicine cases(2526 words),among which "Yixue Zhengyin Zhongzi Pian"mentioned most of the related contents;16 mainstream Chinese medicine treatments, among which "Yixue Zhengyin Zhongzi Pian"mentioned most of the related contents;74 Chinese medicine recipes(Wuzi Yanzong Wan is the mostly mentioned recipe);143 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,among which Shudi,Baifuling and Shanyao are mostly mentioned.[Conclusions] The ancient books of the Ming and Qing Dynasties have comprehensive and detailed records on all aspects of male infertility in Chinese medicine cases,Chinese medicine theories and prescriptions and high value in literature and reference.They have a very high guiding significance for the treatment of male infertility by contemporary Chinese medicine and are worthy of further research in combination with the modern medical theory.
