孙钢教授运用经方治疗慢性咳嗽经验举隅

Experience of Professor SUN Gang in Treating Chronic Cough with Classical Prescription

[目的]介绍孙钢教授运用经方治疗慢性咳嗽的经验,为临床运用经方提供参考。[方法]整理归纳孙钢教授临床辨证论治慢性咳嗽的验案,结合《伤寒论》等中医经典论著,阐明孙钢教授辨证施治的临床思路及方证对应的学术思想,并遴选典型验案3则加以佐证。[结果]孙钢教授在治疗慢性咳嗽的过程中,坚持以辨证论治为主,通过六经及脏腑辨证,有是证用是方,如运用小青龙汤加减治疗营卫不和之咳嗽,运用旋覆代赭汤加减治疗肝胃不和之咳嗽,运用乌梅丸加减治疗午夜明显之慢性咳嗽,以经方为主,并结合清轻之品,屡获佳效。[结论]只要辨证准确,选用得当,经方小青龙汤、旋覆代赭汤及乌梅丸均可用于慢性咳嗽的治疗。孙钢教授通过六经及脏腑辨证,运用经方治疗慢性咳嗽的学术经验值得借鉴。

[Objective] To introduce Professor SUN Gang's experience in treating chronic cough with classical prescription and provide reference for clinical usage of classical prescription.[Methods] Through sorting and summarizing clinical cases of chronic cough treated by Professor SUN Gang, combining the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine,such as"Treatise on Febrile Diseases"and its theory,the syndrome differentiation experience and clinical thinking of corresponding to the prescription and syndrome of Professor SUN Gang in treating chronic cough was explained,and three representative clinical cases were selected as proof.[Results] In the process of treating chronic cough,Professor SUN insists on syndrome differentiation and treatment,and through syndrome differentiation of six meridians and viscera,selects prescription according to the type of syndrome,such as using Xiaoqinglong Decoction to treat chronic cough of disharmony between Ying and Wei;or using Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction to treat chronic cough of disharmony between liver and stomach;or using Wumei Pill to treat chronic cough exacerbated in midnight.Professor SUN Gang treats chronic cough mainly based on the classical prescription,combined with light and delicate herbs,and has been proved to be effective repeatedly.[Conclusion] As long as the differentiation of symptoms and selection of prescription is accurate,classical prescription such as Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction and Wumei Pill can be used for the treatment of chronic cough.Professor SUN Gang's academic thinking in treating chronic cough with classical prescription is worthy of reference.
