对生态环境部和国家市场监督管理总局联合发布的最新标准GB 37824-2019《涂料、油墨及胶粘剂工业大气污染物排放标准》的适用范围、技术内容以及实施监督进行了解读,分析了标准的特点以及达标要求。
This paper interprets the scope of application, technological content and supervision over implementation of the latest GB37824-2019 Emission Standards for Air Pollutants from Manufacture of Paint, Ink and Adhesive jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the State Administration for Market Regulation, and analyzes the characteristics of the standards and the requirements that must be met.
