温针刀联合美式脊椎矫正治疗腰椎间盘突出症回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Warm Needle Knife Combined with American Spinal Correction for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察温针刀联合美式脊椎矫正治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法选择抚顺市第三医院2017年1月—2018年10月收治的腰椎间盘突出症的患者30例,给予温针刀联合美式脊椎矫正治疗,均治疗2次/周,共4次.比较治疗前和治疗1周后疼痛评分,评估有效率;并比较治疗前和治疗6个月后的腰椎功能情况.结果治疗前VAS评分为(6.4±1.7)分;治疗后VAS评分为(2.3±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.436,P<0.05).其中,显效28例、有效1例、无效1例,显效率为93.3%,总有效率为96.7%.治疗前功能分级优0例、良7例、可8例、差15例;治疗后优9例、良13例、可9例、差2例,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=38.910,P<0.05).结论温针刀联合美式脊椎矫正治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广.

Objective To observe the effect of warm needle knife combined with American spinal correction on lumbar disc herniation. Methods Thirty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to Fushun Third Hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were treated with warm needle knife combined with American spinal correction. They were treated twice a week, totally four times. The pain scores before treatment and after 1 week of treatment were compared to evaluate the effective rate, and the lumbar function before treatment and 6 months after treatment were compared. Results The VAS score before treatment was (6.4±1.7) and after treatment was (2.3±0.8), the difference was statistically significant (t=3.436, P<0.05). Among them, 28 cases were markedly effective, 1 case was effective and 1 case was ineffective. The marked effective rate was 93.3%, and the total effective rate was 96.7%. Before treatment, the functional grading was excellent in 0 cases, good in 7 cases, fair in 8 cases and poor in 15 cases;after treatment, excellent in 9 cases, good in 13 cases, fair in 9 cases and poor in 2 cases, the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=38.910, P<0.05). Conclusion Warm needle knife combined with American spinal correction for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has significant clinical efficacy and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
