集束化护理模式在胸腔闭式引流护理中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Cluster Nursing Mode in Closed Thoracic Drainage Nursing

目的观察集束化护理模式在胸腔闭式引流护理中的应用效果.方法选择朝阳市第二医院2013—2018年收治的接受胸腔闭式引流术的患者190例,随机分为常规组和集束组各95例.常规组采用常规护理模式,集束组采用集束化护理模式,比较两组患者的疼痛情况、心理状态和夜间睡眠情况和置管不良事件发生情况.结果集束组VRS、SCL-90和PSQI得分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).集束组置管不良事件发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在胸腔闭式引流中的护理工作中,集束化护理模式能够改善患者疼痛程度、心理状态和睡眠质量,并减少置管不良事件发生率,值得推广应用.

Objective To observe the effect of cluster nursing mode in closed thoracic drainage nursing. Methods A total of 190 patients who received closed thoracic drainage in our hospital from 2013 to 2018 were randomly divided into routine group and cluster group, 95 cases in each group. Routine nursing mode was used in the routine group and cluster nursing mode was used in the cluster group. Pain, mental state, night sleeping and occurrence of adverse events of catheterization were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of VRS, SCL-90 and PSQI in the cluster group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05). The incidence of catheterization adverse events in cluster group was significantly lower than that in routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion In closed thoracic drainage nursing, the cluster nursing mode can improve the pain degree, psychological state and sleep quality of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse events of catheterization, which is worthy of popularization and application.
