摘要
目的对更昔洛韦和阿昔洛韦应用于带状疱疹治疗中的疗效进行评价.方法将2017年7月—2018年12月间营口市中心医院收治的94例带状疱疹患者随机分阿昔洛韦组47例与更昔洛韦组47例,阿昔洛韦组使用阿昔洛韦治疗,更昔洛韦组使用更昔洛韦治疗,对两组治疗后的疗效进行评价.结果两组患者皮损和疼痛评估指标结果组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论更昔洛韦应用于带状疱疹的治疗中效果更加理想,其起效时间比较短,可以大大缩短疗程,加快康复速度,值得推广应用.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ganciclovir and acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods A total of 94 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into acyclovir group (47 cases) and ganciclovir group (47 cases). Acyclovir group was treated with acyclovir and ganciclovir group was treated with ganciclovir, respectively. Results There were significant differences in skin lesion and pain assessment indicators between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ganciclovir is more effective in the treatment of herpes zoster, and its effect time is relatively short. It can greatly shorten the course of treatment and speed up the recovery. It is worth popularizing and applying.
