两种消毒液对加聚硅橡胶印模的灭菌效果及尺寸稳定性的影响

Effect of two kinds of disinfectants on sterilizing effect and dimensional stability of polysilicone rubber stamp

目的评价Cavicide卡瓦液和朗索消毒片对加聚硅橡胶印模灭菌效果及尺寸稳定性的影响。方法制作72个加聚硅橡胶印模,使用实验室污染的细菌悬液将他们污染后,随机分成6组,各12个,分别采用不同时间点应用Cavicide卡瓦液和朗索消毒片浸泡,设蒸馏水浸泡为阳性对照,根据预实验确定瞬时、30 s、300 s、450 s、600 s为灭菌时间,通过显微镜下观察回收细菌数并计算杀灭率,比较两种消毒液的灭菌效果;在标准模型上选择4个标准点,标记标准点后制取30个加聚硅橡胶印模,随机分成3组,各10个,分别用Cavicide卡瓦液和朗索消毒片消毒两组印模,其余一组不经消毒处理的印模作为阴性对照,灌注模型后,测量各组印模的定点距离,比较数据差异,判断印模尺寸稳定性。结果Cavicide卡瓦液对金黄色葡萄球菌和血液链球菌30 s时均完全杀灭,朗索消毒片对血液链球菌30 s即可杀灭,而对金黄色葡萄球菌600 s才能达到完全杀灭;Cavicide卡瓦液与朗索消毒片两种消毒液对DMG硅橡胶印模的尺寸稳定性均无显著影响。结论Cavicide卡瓦液浸泡30 s可完全杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌和血液链球菌且尺寸稳定性好,是一种有效的口腔印模消毒剂。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Cavicide kava and lanso-disinfecting tablets on the sterilization effect and dimensional stability of the silicone rubber stamp. Methods A total of 72 silicone rubber stamps were prepared and contaminated with laboratory-contaminated bacterial suspensions.They were randomly divided into 6 groups of 12, each of which was immersed in Cavicide Kava and Lanso-disinfecting tablets with different time points.Let the distilled water be immersed as a positive control, and determine the instantaneous, 30 seconds, 300 seconds, 450 seconds, 600 seconds as the sterilization time according to the preliminary experiment, observe and count the number of bacteria on the test piece after disinfection under the microscope, and calculate the killing rate, and compare the sterilization effects of the two disinfectants.Four standard points were selected on the standard model, and 30 polysilicone rubber stamps were prepared after marking the standard points.They were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10, each of which was disinfected with Cavicide Kava and Lanso-disinfecting tablets.The other group of non-sterilized impressions was used as a negative control.After perfusing the model, the fixed distance of each group of impressions was measured, and the data difference was compared to judge the dimensional stability of the impression. Results Cavicide kava completely killed against Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus sanguis in 30 seconds.The Lanso disinfection tablets could kill in 30 seconds for Streptococcus sanguis, and completely kill in 600 seconds for Staphylococcus aureus. Cavicide kava and Lanso disinfection tablets had no significant effect on the dimensional stability of DMG silicone rubber stamps. Conclusions Using Cavicide kava for 30 seconds, it can completely kill Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus sanguis, and has good dimensional stability.It is an effective dental impression disinfectant.
