视觉联合嗅觉刺激护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者对机体恢复、疼痛的影响

Application of vision combined with olfactory stimulation nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy on the body recovery and pain

目的探究视觉联合嗅觉刺激护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者对机体恢复、疼痛的影响。方法选取该院2015年11月~2016年11月收治的行常规护理的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者69例作为对照组,另选取该院2016年12月~2017年12月收治的行视觉联合嗅觉刺激护理的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者69例作为观察组。对比两组术后机体恢复及护理前后日常生活能力、疼痛程度变化。结果观察组首次排气时间、下床时间、正常进食时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理3 d后ADL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理3 d后NRS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论视觉联合嗅觉刺激护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者可有效促进机体恢复,提高生活能力,减轻疼痛,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of visual and olfactory stimulation nursing on the recovery and pain of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 69 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy receiving routine care in this hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the control group. In addition, 69 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients admitted by the hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 for visual and olfactory stimulation nursing were selected as the observation group. The changes of daily living ability and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The time of first exhaust, time of getting out of bed, time of normal eating and time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). ADL scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group after 3 days of nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). NRS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 3 days of nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of vision and smell stimulation nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively promote the recovery of the body, improve living ability, reduce pain, is worthy of clinical promotion.
