偏头痛共发疾病的研究进展

Research progress on comorbidity of migraine

偏头痛是临床上十分常见的原发性头痛疾病。偏头痛以单侧或双侧发作性搏动性剧烈头痛为主要表现,伴有自主神经系统功能障碍。本病具有多种诱发因素,如天气、疲劳及部分精神因素,有家族遗传倾向。近年来人们加大了对偏头痛的研究,进而发现它实际上可与其他多种常见疾病共同存在,如卵圆孔未闭、脑卒中、情绪障碍、癫痫等,并且双方可在发病机制上互相影响。本文就将对偏头痛与其共患疾病之间的联系及可能机制做一综述。

Migraine is a very common clinical primary headache disorders. The main manifestation of migraine is unilateral or bilateral paroxysmal pulsatile headache, accompanied by autonomic nervous system dysfunction. The disease have a variety of predisposing factors, such as weather, fatigue and mental factors. There is a familial tendency. In recent years, people has to increase research on migraine, and found it actually can exist with other common disease such as patent foramen ovale, stroke, mood disorders, epilepsy, and the two sides can influence each other in the pathogen-nesis of the disease. This paper will be of comorbidity between migraine and its possible mechanism to make a contact review.
