摘要
目的:研究阿胶口服液对小鼠的细胞免疫的影响,探讨和分析小分子阿胶对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:采用小鼠迟发型变态反应试验、ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验(MTT法),观察0.18、0.35和1.05g/kg·bw剂量的小分子阿胶对小鼠的细胞免疫的影响。结果:通过小鼠迟发型变态反应试验和小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验观察到0.18,0.35和1.05g/kg·bw剂量的小分子阿胶能增强小鼠迟发型变态反应和促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化增殖;通过小鼠血清溶血素滴度测定和小鼠脾细胞抗体生成试验观察到同等剂量的阿胶口服液能增加小鼠血清溶血素滴度水平和促进小鼠脾细胞抗体生成。结论:本研究条件下我们观察到小分子阿胶能够提高小鼠的细胞免疫功能,对小鼠的免疫功能有正向调节作用。
To explore the efects of small molecular gelatina nigra (SMGN) on cytoimmunity function in mice. Methods: Observed the effect of medicine on the delayed hypersensitivity, the blastisation of spleen lymphocyte, the rite of blood serllm hemolysin and hemolytic antibody of the mice. Results: After the treatment by the dose 0. 18,0. 35 and 1.05g/ kg·bw small SMGN, the delayed hypersensitivity, the blastisation of spleen lymphocyte, increased markedly, the comprehensive effects of MLGN were better than that of the normal group. Conclusion: SMGN can effectively enhance cytoimmunity function in mice.
