明胶基电纺支架研究进展

摘要 组织工程是一门交叉学科,它包括材料学、生命科学和医学。组织工程的目标是利用细胞和支架材料的结合来培养组织器官,实现对人体受损组织和器官的替代和修复,因此研究高仿生度的多孔支架材料对组织工程来说是必不可少的。静电纺丝技术由于具有快速、高效、设备简单、易于操作而且易于控制化学组分和物理性能等优点成为一种新型组织工程多孔支架的制备方法。明胶作为胶原的水解产物,含有大量的亲水性基团,生物相容性好,无免疫抗原性是理想的组织工程用生物材料。本文总结节选了明胶基电纺支架材料在皮肤、骨骼、神经和血管等组织工程中的应用。 Tissue engineering is an interdisciplinary discipline that includes materials science, life sciences, and medicine. The goal of tissue engineering is to use the combination of cells and scaffold materials to culture tissue and organs ,to achieve replacement and repair of damaged tissues and organs, so the study of high bionic porous scaffold materials is essential for tissue engineering. Electrospinning technology has become a new type of tissue engineering porous scaffold preparation method because of its fast, high efficiency, simple equipment, easy operation and easy control of chemical composition and physical properties. As a hydrolysis product of collagen, gelatin contains a large amount of hydrophilic groups which has good biocompatibility and no immunogenicity for tissue engineering. This article summarizes the application of gelatin-based electrospun scaffolds in tissue engineering such as skin, bone, nerves and blood vessels.
