无机元素指纹图谱与阿胶的道地性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立阿胶的无机元素指纹图谱,评价阿胶的道地性,并寻找特征元素。方法采用微波消解法对样品进行消解处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对阿胶中8种无机元素进行含量测定,绘制无机元素含量分布图,并进行相似度分析。结果建立了阿胶的无机元素指纹图谱,50批次道地阿胶样品相似度均大于0.99,表明产品的质量均一性良好。通过对比,得出钙、镁、铁、锌、铜为道地阿胶的特征元素。结论建立了阿胶无机元素指纹图谱,为阿胶道地性及质量评价提供研究基础。 Objective To establish the inorganic elemental fingerprint of Colla Corii Asini and evaluate the uniformity of the product quality, and explore the characteristic elements in Colla Corii Asini. Method The levels of 8 inorganic elements in Colla Corii Asini were determined by ICP-MS with microwave digestion for sample preparation. The content distribution curve of inorganic elements was plotted. Results Inorganic elements fingerprint of Colla Corii Asini was established. The similarity of 50 batches of Daodi Colla Corii Asini was more than 0.99, which indicated that the quality of the products was uniform. Calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper are the characteristic elements of Daodi Colla Corii Asini. Conclusion The fingerprint of inorganic elements in Colla Corii Asini can provide the research basis for quality control.
