胶原蛋白肽与天然抗氧化剂的协同抗氧化性能研究是当前的研究热点。首先介绍了胶原肽的来源、结构功能特点以及制备方法。接着介绍协同抗氧化的机理及测试方法。最后综述了近年来胶原肽与天然抗氧化剂协同抗氧化的研究成果。

The synergistic antioxidant activity of collagen peptide and natural antioxidant is a hot research topic at present. Firstly, the source, structure, function and preparation of collagen peptide were introduced in this paper. Then the mechanism and test methods of synergistic antioxidation are introduced. Finally, the recent research results of synergistic antioxidant effect between collagen peptide and natural antioxidant were reviewed.
