明胶复合膜的应用研究进展

摘要 传统石油基膜材具有难再生、难降解的特点。大量使用该类膜材容易造成较为严重的环境问题。找到可替代的可持续解决方案是非常有必要的。因此,目前的研究主要集中在以明胶为主的可再生材料生产的可生物降解膜材。生物材料对薄膜性能的影响需要深入研究。明胶有良好的生物相容性、可食用性、成膜性和丰富的天然特性,是开发可降解膜的重要生物材料。明胶基薄膜可广泛应用于各个领域。本文综述了近年来明胶薄膜在食品工业和医药领域中的应用进展。 The recovery and treatment of petroleum base film is a serious environmental problem. Alternative sustainable solutions must be found. Therefore, the current research mainly focuses on the production of biodegradable membrane materials with gelatin-based renewable materials. The effects of biomaterials on the properties of thin films need further study. Gelatin has good biocompatibility, edible, film-forming and rich natural properties, and is an important biological material for the development of biodegradable membranes. Gelatin-based film can be widely used in various fields. In this paper, the application of gelatin thin film technology in food industry and medicine in recent years is reviewed.
