摘要
通过中国知网、文献资料、互联网查阅、逻辑分析等科研方法,研究当代大学生的不良心理环境,在此基础上研究瑜伽对大学生不良心理环境改善的积极影响和作用,进而提出通过瑜伽锻炼来改善大学生不良心理环境的建议,以促进当代大学生的身心健康成长和发展。
Through the research methods such as Chinese knowledge network,literature,Internet access and logical analysis,this paper studies the unhealthy psychological environment of contemporary college students.On this basis,it studies the positive influence and role of yoga on improving the unhealthy psychological environment of college students,and then puts forward the beneficial construction of improving the unhealthy psychological environment of college students through yoga exercise.Discussion of promoting the growth and development of contemporary college students’ physical and mental health is put forward.
