平肝活血方治疗肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退疗效研究

Effect of Pinggan Huoxue recipe on memory and sleep in patients with insomnia in stagnation of liver and blood stasis with memory loss

目的:分析平肝活血方对肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退患者记忆力和睡眠的影响。方法:选取90例肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退患者,按摸球法分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者口服乌灵胶囊,观察组患者接受平肝活血方治疗,每日1剂,每次服用250ml,2次/d。两组患者连续用药2个月;比较两组患者治疗前后睡眠及记忆力改善情况。结果:观察组治疗后改进型SPIEGEL睡眠量表(6.95±1.35)分,低于对照组改进型SPIEGEL睡眠量表(9.05±1.41)分,具有统计学差异(t=7.217,P=0.000)。观察组治疗后睡眠质量PSQI评分(5.42±1.39)分,低于对照组治疗后睡眠质量PSQI评分(8.96±1.42)分;具有统计学差异(t=1.904,P=0.030)。两组患者P3峰潜伏期延长、波幅降低现象,而观察组P3峰潜伏期较治疗前缩短,且治疗后ERPs峰潜伏期明显短于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退患者采取平肝活血方治疗,可改善患者睡眠状况,提高记忆力。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Pinggan Huoxue prescription on memory and sleep in patients with insomnia of liver depression and blood stasis type accompanied by memory impairment.Methods:90 patients with insomnia of liver depression and blood stasis type with memory impairment admitted,were divided into control group and observation group according to touching ball method.Patients in control group were given Wuling capsule every time.Patients in observation group were treated with Pinggan Huoxue decoction,one dose a day,250 ml each time,twice a day.Two groups of patients continued to take medicine for 2 months.Sleep and memory improvement were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,improved SPIEGEL sleep scale (6.95±1.35) score in the observation group was lower than the improved SPIEGEL sleep scale (9.05±1.41) score in the control group,with significant difference ( t =7.217, P =0.000).After treatment,the PSQI score of sleep quality in the observation group (5.42±1.39) was lower than that in the control group (8.96±1.42).There was significant difference ( t =1.904, P =0.030).The latency of P3 peak in the observation group was shorter than that before treatment,and the latency of ERPs peak in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: Pinggan Huoxue decoction can improve sleep status and memory of patients with insomnia of stagnation of type with impaired memory.It has high clinical value and is worthy of popularization and application.
