摘要
为研究废旧叠层轮胎隔震垫(STP)的老化性能,选取180mm×180mm×69mm的6层STP,利用老化试验箱在100℃下对试件分别进行77、154、231、308h的热空气加速老化试验,通过对比STP老化前后的竖向极限强度、竖向压缩刚度、水平刚度和水平耗能能力,分析了其随老化时间的变化规律.结果表明,在建筑结构使用期限内,STP的力学性能稳定,具有可靠的隔震性能.
The 6-layer scrap tire rubber pads(STP)of 180 mm×180 mm×69 mm were selected to study the aging performance of STP.Accelerated aging tests of specimens were carried out in a temperature-controlled weathering chamber at 100℃for 77 h,154 h,231 h,308 h.By comparing the vertical ultimate strength,vertical compression stiffness,horizontal stiffness and horizontal energy dissipation capacity of STP before and after aging,the variation law of the vertical ultimate strength,vertical compression stiffness and horizontal energy dissipation capacity with aging time was analyzed.The results show that within the normal age of the buildings the mechanical properties of STP are stable and the seismic isolation is reliable.
