股骨头坏死是骨科常见的致死性疾病,随着糖皮质激素(激素)在临床的应用越来越广泛,激素相关性股骨头坏死已经成为致残及影响患者生活质量的重要因素.但是目前非创伤性股骨头坏死的病因并不清楚,除了外在理化因素外,遗传易感性被认为是导致发病差异的重要原因,该文对单核苷酸多态性与非创伤性股骨头坏死的相关研究进行综述,以供临床同道参考.

Femoral head necrosis is a common and fatal disease in orthopedics.With the increasingly extensive clinical application of glucocorticoids,glucocorticoids-induced necrosis of the femoral head has become a pivotal factor that causes disability and affects the quality of life of patients.However,the etiology of non-traumatic necrosis of the femoral head remains elusive.Besides external physical and chemical factors,genetic susceptibility has also been considered as an important reason for the incidence of femoral head necrosis.In this article,relevant studies of the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms and nontraumatic necrosis of the femoral head were summarized,aiming to provide reference for clinicians.
