GB17761—2018《电动自行车安全技术规范》于2018年5月15日正式发布,是针对电动自行车提出的行业内强制性标准。GB17761—2018作为电动自行车3C型式认证的唯一依据,该标准对电动自行车提出了包括防火阻燃性能在内的17项检验要求,共涉及了约28个检验项目。基于电动自行车检验类别多,试验周期长的特点,本文针对电动自行车安全检验技术规范,并结合实际操作,对检验流程规范化进行了进一步研究。将电动自行车28项检验项目进行归类,提高了检验效率,同时规范了检验流程。方便检验人员高效高质量的完成检验工作。

GB 17761-2018 Safety Technical Specification for Electric Bicycles was formally released on May 15, 2018. It is a mandatory standard for electric bicycles. GB17761-2018 is the only basis for the 3C type certification of electric bicycles. This standard puts forward 17 inspection requirements including fire-fighting retardant performance for electric bicycles, involving about 28 inspection items. Based on the characteristics of electric bicycles with many types of inspection and long test period, this paper studies the technicalization of electric bicycle safety inspection and combines the actual operation to further study the standardization of inspection process. The 28 testing items of electric bicycles were classified to improve the inspection efficiency and standardize the inspection process. It is convenient for the inspectors to complete the inspection work with high efficiency and high quality.
