摘要
为了优化区域水资源-社会经济复合系统的协调性,选取表征水资源系统和社会经济系统的序参量,计算子系统的有序度;基于协同理论和集对分析,以淮河生态经济带安徽段为例,测算水资源-社会经济系统的协同度。研究结果表明:淮北市的水资源子系统和社会经济子系统的有序度偏低,但水资源-社会经济系统的协同度最高。蚌埠市和滁州市的水资源-社会经济系统协同度为0.50,处于最低水平。亳州市和宿州市的水资源-社会经济系统协同度较高,位居第二。
In order to optimize the coordination of regional water resources -socio -economic complex system, the order parameters representing water resources system and socio -economic system were selected to calculate the order degree of subsystems. Based on synergy theory and set pair analysis, the synergy degree of water resources -socio -economic system in Anhui section of Huaihe Eco-economic Belt was measured and studied. The results show that the order degree of water resources subsystem and socio-economic subsystem in Huaibei City is low, but the synergy degree of water resources-socio -economic system is the highest. Bengbu City and Chuzhou City's water resources-social economic system coordination degree is 0.50, which is at the lowest level. Bozhou and Suzhou have a high degree of synergy in water resources -social economic system, ranking second.
