Research on Sustainable Development of Chinese Construction Industry Based on Principal Component and Cluster Analysis

我国经济增长速度由高速增长转变为中高速增长,各省份建筑业的发展呈现出了不同的局面,准确地判断消费者的用房需求及建筑业的发展特征,对建筑业的长远发展极其重要。运用相关统计数据,对31个省、市及自治区地区的建筑用房类型进行聚类分析,将相同性质的地区归为同一组群,准确判断不同地区的消费者的用房需求,进而加大对需求房型的开发;同时,对全国建筑业发展的有关指标进行主成分分析,了解促使建筑业发展的主要指标,准确把握全国建筑业发展特征,促进建筑业的长远、可持续发展。

China’s economic growth has changed from high-speed level to medium-high one, and the development situation of the construction industry in various provinces is different from one another. Accurately judging the housing demand of consumers and the development characteristics of the construction industry is extremely important for the long-term development of the construction industry. Based on relevant statistical data, this paper conducts cluster analysis on the types of building houses in 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions, classifying the regions with the same nature into the same group, accurately judging the housing demand of consumers in different regions. At the same time, the principal component analysis on related indicators of the development of the national construction industry is carried out so as to determine the key indicators, and to accurately grasp the characteristics of the national construction industry development.
