茂名农产品物流协同运作模式及实现形式研究

Research on Collaborative Operation Mode and Its Implementation of Agricultural Products Logistics in Maoming

农业是茂名经济的支柱产业之一,为了将茂名丰富、优质的农产品推广至全国乃至世界各地,需要依靠成熟、高效的农产品物流体系。首先分析当前茂名农产品物流存在的短板,然后提出了从供应链的视角出发,以信息平台打造、纵向协同和横向整合为抓手,构建农产品物流协同运作模式;最后以荔枝为例,分析该模式下的实现形式。

Agriculture is one of the pillar industries in Maoming. In order to promote Maoming's rich and high-quality agricultural products to the whole country and the world, it is necessary to rely on a mature and efficient agricultural product logistics system. Firstly, this paper analyses the shortcomings of current agricultural product logistics in Maoming, Then, from the perspective of supply chain, the collaborative operation mode of agricultural product logistics is constructed by building information platform, vertical collaboration and horizontal integration. Finally, Taking Litchi as an example, the paper also analyzes the inplementation form of this mode.
