制动盘散热筋结构设计与热容量分析 被引量:6

摘要 为提高列车的安全性,需对传统制动盘散热筋的排列方式进行优化再设计。使用Hypermesh和ANSYS软件分别对制动盘循环对称三维瞬态模型进行网格划分和分析计算。在速度为300km/h的工况下,对具有新型散热筋的制动盘进行紧急制动模拟。在此过程中从温度和应力2个方面与传统制动盘进行对比,并检验是否满足现有运行车辆对制动盘的要求。仿真结果表明:设计的新型散热筋制动盘满足现有高速列车运行对制动盘的要求;相比传统等直径圆柱散热筋制动盘,新型散热筋制动盘的最高温度降低了7℃,热应力降低了269MPa。 In order to improve the safety of trains,the traditional arrangement of brake disc radiating cooling ribs needs to be optimized and redesigned.The Hypermesh and ANSYS software were used to mesh and analyze the three-dimensional cycle symmetry transient model of brake disc.At the speed of 300 km/h,emergency braking simulation was carried out for the brake disc with new radiating cooling ribs.In this process,the temperature and stress of the brake disc were compared with those of traditional brake disc.It was also examined whether it meets the requirement of brake disc for existing running vehicles.The simulation results show that the newly designed brake disc cooling ribs meet the requirements of the existing high-speed train operation.Compared with the traditional brake disc with equal diameter cylindrical cooling ribs,the maximum temperature and thermal stress of the newly designed brake disc decrase by 7 ℃ and 269 MPa respectively.
