瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

Curative effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

探究瓜蒌薤白半夏汤在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的疗效。对2016年5月-2018年5月到黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院进行冠心病心绞痛治疗的患者中随机选择100例作为研究对象,将其平均分成实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,实验组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上加用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤。两组患者的治疗时间均为4周,对比两组患者的治疗效果。在应用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤之后,实验组患者的治疗总有效率为90%,比对照组患者的治疗总有效率(60%)高,两组患者的治疗差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的心绞痛发作次数和持续时间要比对照组少(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。瓜蒌薤白半夏汤在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的应用能够提升治疗效果,具有临床推广意义。

To explore the efficacy of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.A total of 100 patients with angina pectoris treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatment time of two groups was 4 weeks,and the therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.After the application of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction,the total effective rate of experimental group was 90%,which was higher than that of control group (60%).There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05).The number and duration of angina attack in the experimental group were less than those in the control group ( P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The application of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can improve the therapeutic effect and has clinical significance.
