腹腔镜微创手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的疗效观察

Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for benign ovarian tumors

分析采用腹腔镜微创手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的疗效。选择2017年6月2018年6月黑龙江上德妇产医院收治的188例良性卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组94例。对照组采用开腹法治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜法治疗,分析治疗结果。对照组的并发症发生率为17.0%,观察组的并发症发生率为4.3%。与对照组相比,观察组的并发症发生率更低(P<0.05),观察组的住院时间短、通气时间短、术中出血量少以及手术时间短(P<0.05)。对卵巢良性肿瘤患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗能够取得满意效果,这种方法能够缩短患者的手术时间,降低并发症发生的概率,减少术中出血量,安全有效,患者耐受性强,值得在临床推广应用。

To analyze the efficacy of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for benign ovarian tumors.188 patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted to Shangde Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Heilongjiang Province from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group with 94 cases in each group.The control group was treated by laparotomy,while the observation group was treated by laparoscopy,and the treatment results were analyzed.The incidence of complications was 17.0% in the control group and 4.3% in the observation group.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower ( P <0.05).The observation group had shorter hospitalization time,shorter ventilation time,less intraoperative bleeding and shorter operation time ( P <0.05).Laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors can achieve satisfactory results.This method can shorten the operation time of patients,reduce the probability of complications and intraoperative bleeding volume,which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
