摘要
摇摆法、悬挂法、质量反应法、平台支撑反力法是常见的车辆质心测量方法。利用误差来源因果图对前倾式车辆质心测量系统误差来源进行分析,如设计、标定、设备、安装、环境、操作人员、传感器等方面。介绍了前倾角度对车辆质心测量精度的影响,以期为车辆质心测量系统的设计和优化提供参考,进一步提高测量精度。
Swing method,suspension method,mass response method and platform support reaction method are common methods of vehicle centroid measurement.The error sources of the centroid measurement system for forward-leaning vehicles are analyzed by using the causality diagram of error sources,such as design,calibration,equipment,installation,environment,operators,sensors and so on.The influence of forward tilt angle on vehicle centroid measurement accuracy is introduced so as to provide reference for the design and optimization of vehicle centroid measurement system and further improve the measurement accuracy.
