结合个人经验和参考文献,以300MW汽轮发电机为例,对汽轮发电机调峰、冷却器进水、氢气压力变化、氢气冷却器出现故障、定子运行和功率因素等不同情况进行了运行分析,并就维护管理工作提出了建议,如对维护管理模式进行创新、对维护管理制度进行健全、做好日常维护管理等等。

Combining personal experience and references,taking 300 MW turbogenerator as an example,the operation analysis of turbogenerator peak shaving,cooling water,hydrogen pressure change,hydrogen cooler failure,stator operation and power factor is carried out.And on the maintenance management work,it puts forward some concrete measures,such as innovating the maintenance management mode,perfecting the maintenance management system,and doing well the daily maintenance management.
