摘要
高层建筑大体积混凝土具有以下特性,如体积大、结构大、占地面积大,对整体结构性要求较高,在水化热时的内部温度要高于普通混凝土,受外界温度变化的影响相对较小,对防潮抗渗性要求要高。高层建筑大体积混凝土工程施工质量和钢筋绑扎安装形式、布筋密度、钢筋直径、模板支撑刚度、缝隙密合度、大体积混凝土原材料质量、拌合物质量、浇筑方法、养护方法有直接关系。分析了高层建筑大体积混凝土工程质量控制方法,如控制混凝土工程中的工序活动,合理设计混凝土工程的施工方案,提高混凝土浇筑工艺管理质量,做好混凝土工程养护的质量控制工作和测温工作,建立质量保障体系,以提高高层建筑的安全性和稳定性。
High-rise building mass concrete has the following characteristics,such as large volume,large structure,large area,higher structural requirements for the whole,higher internal temperature in the heat of hydration than ordinary concrete,less affected by external temperature changes,and higher requirements for moisture-proof and impermeability.The construction quality of high-rise building mass concrete project is directly related to the installation form of steel bar binding,reinforcement density,steel bar diameter,formwork support stiffness,gap tightness,raw material quality of mass concrete,mix quality,pouring method and maintenance method.This paper analyses the quality control methods of mass concrete projects in high-rise buildings,such as controlling the process activities in concrete projects,reasonably designing the construction scheme of concrete projects,improving the quality of concrete pouring process management,doing well the quality control and temperature measurement of concrete project maintenance,and establishing the quality assurance system,so as to improve the safety and stability of high-rise buildings.
