基于博弈方法的含源配电网状态检修优化 被引量:5

摘要 合理对配电网安排检修对于保证配网的供电可靠性和经济性具有重要意义。文章以设备实际状态为依据,首先,在充分分析设备运行态和检修态矛盾的基础上,将检修支出和故障支出处理为支付函数,将设备层和网层主体处理为博弈参与者,将检修设备数目、检修方案和检修设备集处理为博弈手段,从而构成完整的配电网检修决策博弈模型,用以解决检修决策中设备状态与配电网整体利益的矛盾,同时以博弈理论给出考虑分布式电源出力波动下的负荷转移方案,将两个问题结合处理,构成两阶段的配电网检修模型;然后,通过对设备故障率的变化分析,给出了一种动态检修设备集的确定方法,并以此为基础,给出了求解检修博弈模型的启发式算法;最后以IEEE33节点系统进行仿真分析,验证了该模型的有效性,并将该模型所得方案与传统方案进行对比分析和鲁棒性分析。 The maintenance of distribution network is one of the important means to ensure the reliability and economy of power supply.Under the background of the condition based maintenance,a game model of distribution network maintenance decision-making is established in this paper based on the analysis of the contradiction between equipment operating state and maintenance state.In this model,the maintenance expenses and failure costs are as a function of payment,the device layer and the network layer are the main players,and the number of equipment maintenance,overhaul and maintenance equipment set are taken as a game means.This model is used to solve the contradiction between the state of equipment and the overall interests of the distribution network in the maintenance decision,meanwhile,the load transfer scheme considering the output fluctuation of distributed generation is given by the game theory.Based on the analysis of the variation of equipment failure rate,a method for determining the set of dynamic maintenance equipment is presented.Meanwhile,a heuristic algorithm for solving the game model of maintenance is presented.Finally,the validity and rationality of the optimization algorithm and the decision method are verified by the simulation analysis of the IEEE-33 node distribution system,and comparative analysis and robustness analysis are carried out in this paper.
