摘要
本文针对地铁车站扣拱施工工程,以沈阳市皇姑屯地铁车站工程为例,对扣拱施工中实际存在风险进行分析,并就存在的施工风险从车站初支参数设计、不良地层调查与处理、径向注浆加固、超前支护加强、掌子面注浆加固、超前地质探测及异常情况处理、DN1200/800排水引排等技术提出相应的应对措施,对提高地铁车站施工过程中的安全和质量保障具有重要意义,为以后类似工程施工提供借鉴。
This paper analyzes the actual risk existing in the construction of the buckle arch of the subway station buckle arch project,taking the Huanggutun subway station project in Shenyang as an example,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the existing construction risks from the initial design of the station parameters,investigation and treatment of bad formations,radial grouting reinforcement,reinforcement of advanced support,grouting reinforcement of the face,advanced geological exploration and abnormal conditions,DN1200/800 drainage and other technologies,which is of great significance to the safety and quality assurance of subway station construction and provides reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
