摘要
由于核电“首堆”项目的固有特性,其推进过程不确定性比成熟堆更高,给传统的成熟进度管理方法带来挑战,需要创新进度管理方法。本文结合台山一期“首堆”工程实践,探讨提炼了一套以“前瞻性分析、分阶段实施和动态管控”为特色的首堆工程进度管理方法和流程。
Due to the inherent characteristics of the "first reactor" project of nuclear power,the uncertainty of the propulsion process is higher than that of the mature reactor,which brings challenges to the traditional mature schedule management method and requires innovative schedule management method.This paper combines the "first reactor" engineering practice of Taishan Phase I to explore and refine a set of first reactor project schedule management methods and processes featuring "forward-looking analysis,phased implementation and dynamic management and control".
