摘要
旅游演艺在我国发展三十多年来,以其独特形式获得了长足发展。本次我们选择《禅宗少林·音乐大典》实景演出为研究对象,通过实地考察和查阅文献等方式,结合目前的管理现状,提出了现场指示标识、游客排队和看台设计不合理等问题。然后以精益管理的理论和方法,运用5S管理、目视化管理和标准化等工具进行方案设计,以期该演出项目做到精益管理,并对整个旅游演艺行业提供有益的参考。
Tourism performance has developed in China for more than 30 years and has achieved considerable development in its unique form.This time,we selected the "Zen Shaolin Music Festival" live performance as the research object,through field investigation and literature review,combined with the current management status,put forward the problems of on-site indication signs,tourists queuing and unreasonable design of the stands.Then,with the theory and method of lean management,the 5S management,visual management and standardization tools are used to design the project,so that the performance project can achieve lean management and provide a useful reference for the entire tourism performing arts industry.
