摘要 泥水平衡式顶管施工技术在市政雨污水工程中得到广泛的应用,但施工过程中面临一系列问题,如出洞方向失控、顶力控制、扭转、地面沉降等,对这些问题加以控制或解决,可保证顶管的施工质量。本文基于实际工程项目,结合相关施工数据和施工实践经验,对泥水平衡式顶管施工过程中的常见问题及解决对策进行论述,谨供其它地区类似工程进行参考。 The mud-water balanced pipe jacking construction technology has been widely used in municipal rainwater and wastewater projects,but it faces a series of problems during the construction process,such as out-of-way direction control,top force control,torsion,ground subsidence,etc..To control or solve these problems can guarantee the construction quality of the pipe jacking.Based on the actual project,combined with relevant construction data and construction practice experience,this paper discusses the common problems and solutions in the process of mud-water balanced pipe jacking construction,and is for reference in similar projects in other regions.
