摘要
基于新能源的消纳能力的提升,且确保电网安全运行,文章充分考虑影响无功效果的多种因素,从电网系统无功支撑能力进行定量评估研究,通过专家评价方法将系统无功支撑评价体系分为配置类、运维类以及无功经济运行三个类别;最后以开封电网为例,采用自主决策视角和数据包络分析法两者相结合实施评价,研究表明该方案对无功支撑效果的评价具有较好的适用性,同时该方案可以为开封电网新能源的消纳潜力分析提供一定的决策参考。
Based on the improvement of new energy absorption capacity and ensuring the safe operation of power grid,this paper fully considers many factors that affect the reactive power effect,carries on the quantitative evaluation research from the power grid system reactive power support capacity,through the expert evaluation method,divides the system reactive power support evaluation system into three categories: allocation category,operation and maintenance category and reactive power economic operation.Finally,taking Kaifeng power grid as an example,the independent decision perspective and data envelopment analysis method are used to carry out the evaluation.The research shows that the scheme has good applicability to the evaluation of reactive power support effect.At the same time,the scheme can provide a certain decision reference for the analysis of the absorption potential of new energy in Kaifeng power grid.
