摘要
以现场切割下的某垃圾焚烧电厂CFB锅炉的空气预热器一次风高温段管子的2块试样,进行了化学成分、显微组织、硬度和电镜分析,对该类型失效原因展开讨论,结果表明管状样的理化性能正常,片状样品出现失效是由于该管段长期在远高于580℃的温度运行,基材出现严重高温氧化和脱碳,最终导致钢管有效壁厚和强度大大降低所致。
The chemical composition, microstructures, hardness and electron microscopy of two samples of tubes in the primary air high temperature section of CFB boiler in a waste incineration power plant were analyzed, the failure reasons of the tubes were discussed, the results showed that the physical and chemical properties of the tubes were normal, the failure of the flake samples was due to the long-term operation of the tubes at a temperature far higher than 580℃, and the base materials were produced. At present, serious high temperature oxidation and decarbonization lead to the reduction of effective wall thickness and strength of steel pipe.
