高职院校产教融合实训平台绩效评价的路径依赖及解决途径

Path Dependence and Solution of Performance Evaluation of Industry-Education Integration Training Platform in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校产教融合实训平台对人才培养和产业服务有着重要的支撑作用,绩效评价能够反映高职院校产教融合实训平台的投入产出转化率是否达到最大,能够促进产教融合实训平台的可持续发展。当前高职院校产教融合实训平台的绩效评价陷入了路径依赖的困境,有必要对现有绩效评价制度进行变革。详细分析了高职院校产教融合实训平台绩效评价体制路径依赖的原因,从创新绩效评价理念、政府主导评价制度变迁、发挥企业主体评价作用等视角提出了破解路径依赖的有效对策,为提升高职院校产教融合实训平台运行绩效提供了思路。

The industrial-educational integration training platform (IEITP) in higher vocational colleges plays an important supporting role in talent cultivation and industrial service,performance evaluation can reflect whether the input-output conversion rate of IEITP has reached the maximum or not,and promoting the IEITP sustainable development.The current performance evaluation of IEITP has fallen into the predicament of path dependence,it is necessary to reform the existing performance evaluation system.The reasons for path dependence of performance evaluation system of IEITP are analyzed in detail,from innovating performance evaluation concept,government -led evaluation system change,and playing the evaluation role of enterprise subject,this paper puts forward some effective measures to solve the path dependence,it provides a thinking for improving the performance of IEITP.
