摘要
随着城市交通管理的要求越来越高,多年来不同厂家对于交通管理的投入也越来越多,由于此前没有统一的软件互联通信协议的管理规范,因而不同厂家的管理软件也是没有按照一个统一的协议进行开发,由此造成了不同厂家的设备在同一个城市内不能共存,无法在性价比上自由竞争。公安部交通管理局为了适应时代的要求,于2013年颁布了GA/T1049协议规范,为实现不同厂家的不同子系统的互联互通提供了可能。本文所述即是对其中的交通信号控制系统UTCS和交通集成指挥平台TICP之间的公共模块协议GA/T1049-2的具体实现进行了探讨。
With the increasing requirements of urban traffic management,different manufacturers have invested more and more in traffic management for many years.Since there is no unified management specification for software interconnection communication protocols,the management software of different manufacturers is not developed according to a unified protocol.As a result,devices of different manufacturers cannot coexist in the same city,and cannot be freely cost-effective competition.In order to meet the requirements of the times,the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security promulgated the GA/T1049 protocol specification in 2013,which provides the possibility of interconnecting different subsystems of different manufacturers.This paper discusses the implementation of the common module protocol GA/T1049-2 between the traffic signal control system UTCS and the traffic integrated command platform TICP.
