某高校附属医院职工对医院文化建设的满意度调查分析研究

Investigation and Analysis on the Satisfaction of the Staff of a University Affiliated Hospital to the Hospital Culture Construction

为了解员工对医院文化建设管理现状的认识和评价,以便发现问题,解决问题,提升职工对医院工作的满意度和幸福指数,促进医院持续发展,现对某高校附属医院职工对医院文化建设的满意度情况进行调查,探讨影响职工满意度的因素。以某高校附属医院1000名职工为调查对象,通过问卷调查的方式进行无记名调查,得出职工对医院文化建设的满意率为90.69%。其中,普通职工满意度高于中层干部,正式职工满意度高于人事代理和聘用职工,医生的满意度较低,分院区的职工满意度低于主院区。持续开展职工对医院文化建设的满意度调查,可以了解职工的需求,依据调查结果不断完善医院文化制度建设,创新管理方法,优化管理措施,不断提高员工文化素养,提升医院的整体文化底蕴。

For understanding staff on the current status of the hospital culture construction management and evaluation,so as to discover problems,solve problems,improve the worker of hospital job satisfaction and happiness,promote the sustainable development of the hospital and is now affiliated to a university hospital staff to investigate the satisfaction of hospital culture construction,discusses the influencing factors of employee satisfaction.Taking 1000 employees of a affiliated hospital of a university as the object of investigation,the anonymous survey was carried out by means of questionnaire survey,and the satisfaction rate of the employees on the construction of hospital culture was 90.69%.Among them,the satisfaction of ordinary staff is higher than that of middle-level cadres,the satisfaction of formal staff is higher than that of personnel agents and hired staff,the satisfaction of doctors is lower,and the satisfaction of staff in the subhospital is lower than that in the main hospital.The continuous investigation of the satisfaction of the staff on the cultural construction of the hospital can understand the needs of the staff,improve the construction of the hospital cultural system based on the survey results,innovate management methods,optimize management measures,constantly improve the staff's cultural literacy,and improve the overall cultural heritage of the hospital.
