核事故应急管理中的时间研究——基于CiteSpace的文献分析

Time Study in Emergency Management of Nuclear Accidents: Literature Analysis Based on CiteSpace

当前国家、省级和企业三级核安全法规建设取得了较大的进步,核应急管理构筑了最后一道防线,保障了核能的安全运用。尽管如此,对核事故应急流程的时间研究考察不足,使得该领域存在着加强时间估算的研究呼声。立足于此,本文分析了涉及时间类关键词的核事故应急管理文献,在CiteSpace工具帮助下,梳理了当前核应急领域的发展态势,为该领域的时间管理研究提出了未来方向和建议。

At present,the national,provincial and enterprise three-level nuclear safety regulations have made great progress,and nuclear emergency management has constructed the last line of defense to ensure the safe use of nuclear energy.Despite this,the lack of time research on the nuclear accident emergency process has made research calls for strengthening time estimation in this field.Based on this,this paper analyzes the nuclear accident emergency management literature involving time keywords,and with the help of CiteSpace tools,combs the current development trend of nuclear emergency field,and proposes future directions and suggestions for time management research in this field.
