我国联合办公空间发展研究

Research on the Development of Co-working Space in China

在双创政策背景下应运而生的联合办公空间,因其满足了众多中小微初创企业的办公需求,提高了闲置物业的使用效率,在我国得到了快速的发展。文章通过分析地区与城市间联合办公空间的规模与分布,发现联合办公空间主要集中在东部地区和一线城市,且由东部地区向内陆、一线城市向新一线城市延申趋势明显,并就联合办公空间发展速度不同的区域分别给出相应的发展对策。

The co-working space that emerged in the context of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation policy has improved the use efficiency of idle properties and has achieved rapid development in China,and it meets the office needs of many small and medium-sized micro-startups.By analyzing the scale and distribution of co-working space between regions and cities,the paper finds that the co-working space is mainly concentrated in the eastern region and first-tier cities,and the trend from the eastern region to the inland and first-tier cities to the new first-tier cities is obvious,and for the areas where the co-working space development speed is different,the corresponding development countermeasures are given respectively.
