在中国的双创浪潮中,新型研发机构正在联通政、产、学、研、金、介,致力于“打通科技成果转化最后一公里”,最大程度地把科教资源优势变为现实发展优势,把科技创新潜力变为转型升级动力。文章以常熟智能液晶技术研究所为例,探讨新型研发机构建设的背景、运行机制、运行现状以及下一步发展方向,为当前如火如荼的各地新型研发机构建设提供个体范本。

In the wave of double- creation in China, new R&D institutions are connecting with politics, industry, learning, research, gold and media, and are committed to“opening up the last kilometer of scientific and technological achievements”, turning the advantages of scientific and educational resources into real development advantages to the greatest extent, and turning the potential of scientific and technological innovation into the driving force of transformation and upgrading. Taking Institute of Smart Liquid Crystal Technologies in Changshu as an example, this paper discusses the background, consideration, operation mechanism, and the next development direction of the new R&D institution construction, which provides an individual model for the current construction of new R&D institutions all over the world, and has a strong reference significance.
