科技服务基层的模式与路径——基于江苏省科技服务的实践与思考

Research on the mode and path of the science and technology service at the grass-roots:based on the practice and consideration of science and technology service in Jiangsu

文章基于总结分析江苏省科技服务龙头骨干机构面向科技创新主阵地开展科技服务的实际,提出加快推进科技服务基层的模式、机制和对策建议,使得科技服务基层更具有现实性和可持续性,并通过科技服务基层服务模式的构建和优化反向推进服务机构的服务能力和品牌的全面提升,从而带动全省科技服务机构的服务水平和服务实效。

Based on the summary and analysis of the reality of developing scientific and technological service for the main position of scientific and technological innovation which is implemented by Jiangsu provincial leading institutions of scientific and technological service, this paper proposes the model, mechanism and countermeasures of accelerating the promotion of science and technology service to make the science and technology service grass-roots level more realistic and sustainable. What’s more, the construction and optimization of science and technology service grass-roots service mode can promote the service ability and brand of service institutions in an all-round way, so as to drive the service level and service effectiveness of science and technology service institutions in the province.
