摘要
复杂构造煤层的煤柱宽度留设不同于普通煤层。复杂构造煤层的合理煤柱宽度是保证巷道围岩稳定和煤炭采出率的关键。本文以鲁西煤矿3_上118综采工作面和3_上116综采工作面之间的煤柱为研究对象,通过数值模拟分析了不同煤柱宽度下3_上118运输巷道垂直受力、垂直位移和煤柱受力特征。根据煤柱垂直应力、不同煤柱宽度下3_上118运输巷道垂直位移和水平位移,确定该复杂构造煤层的最佳煤柱宽度为6m。
The coal pillar width of complex structural coal seams is different from that of ordinary coal seams. The reasonable coal pillar width of complex structural coal seam is the key to ensure the stability of surrounding rock and the coal mining rate. In this paper, the coal pillars between the 3 118 fully mechanized mining face and the 3 upper 116 fully mechanized mining face in Luxi Coal Mine are studied. Through numerical simulation, the vertical force, vertical displacement and coal pillar stress characteristics of 3 upper 118 transport lanes under different coal pillar widths are analyzed. According to the vertical stress of coal pillar and the vertical displacement and horizontal displacement of the three upper 118 roadways under different coal pillar widths, the optimum coal pillar width of the complex coal seam is determined to be 6 m.
