摘要 为进行膏体充填开采工作面超前支护进行优化设计,对1331大采高膏体充填工作面巷道超前矿压规律进行研究,通过超前巷道围岩钻孔应力监测观测,研究得到了工作面超前支承压力影响范围及程度,了解了巷道受超前支承压力采动影响情况。结果表明:膏体充填开采工作面超前前方受支承压力扰动的距离约为30m,扰动剧烈的距离约为10m,工作面前方煤壁的破坏区为3.6m,工作面开采对前方巷道扰动程度相对采空区全部垮落法工作面较低。在此基础上确定了合理有效的巷道超前支护优化方案,达到了降低工人的劳动强度的目标。 In order to optimize the design of the advance support of the plaster filling mining face, the advance mining pressure law of the roadway of the 1331 large mining height filling face is studied, and the work is obtained through the monitoring and observation of the surrounding rock drilling stress of the leading roadway. The influence range and extent of the front support pressure are known, and the influence of the roadway on the lead support pressure mining is known. The results show that the distance from the supporting front of the plaster filling mining face is about 30 m, the disturbing distance is about 10 m, the damage area of the coal wall in front of the working face is 3.6 m, and the working face mining is relatively disturbing to the front roadway. The working area of all goafs in the goaf is lower. On this basis, a reasonable and effective optimization scheme for roadway advance support was determined, which achieved the goal of reducing the labor intensity of workers.
