摘要
针对工作面过穿层斜交空巷的工程实际,分析了空巷危害,解决了底部挡墙设置问题,设计了分段充填方案,并进行了效果考察。结果表明:空巷带来的主要危害是支架下沉;通过在大巷施工覆盖式钻孔,输送石子、细沙、浆液的方式,成功设置了挡墙;根据充填体各部分功能不同,将充填体分为3段,配置了高强速凝材料、高水充填材料两种材料;总计工期25d,共计充填1371m3,工作面用时1.5d顺利通过空巷,未发生片帮、冒顶现象。
Aiming at the engineering practice of the working face crossing the diagonally intersecting empty roadway, the damage of the empty roadway was analyzed, the problem of the bottom retaining wall setting was solved, the segmented filling scheme was designed, and the effect was investigated. The results show that the main hazard caused by the empty lane is the sinking of the bracket;the retaining wall is successfully set up by means of covered drilling in the roadway, conveying stones, fine sand and slurry;according to different functions of the filling body, The filling body is divided into three sections, which are equipped with high-strength quick-setting material and high-water filling material. The total construction period is 25 d, which is filled with a total of 1371 m3. The working surface is successfully passed through the empty lane for 1.5 days, and there is no phenomenon of chipping and roofing.
