摘要
为有效防止15203工作面回采期间出现瓦斯超限现象,根据工作面瓦斯赋存的具体情况,提出采用顺层钻孔瓦斯预抽、顶板高位钻孔抽采与上隅角埋管瓦斯抽采相结合的瓦斯综合治理技术,依据工作面具体情况对瓦斯抽采技术的各项参数进行具体设计,并对瓦斯综合治理技术的效果进行分析。结果表明:工作面采用顺层钻孔预抽后,工作面煤层瓦斯的含量由原来的7.50m3/t降低至3.5m3/t,回采过程中回风侧与上隅角最大的瓦斯浓度分别为0.34%和0.47%,无瓦斯积聚现象出现,保障了工作面的安全生产。
In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of gas overrun during the mining of 15203 working face, according to the specific situation of gas in working face, it is proposed to adopt the gas drainage pre-extraction of the bedding layer, the high-level drilling of the roof and the gas drainage of the upper corner. Combined with the comprehensive gas control technology, the parameters of the gas drainage technology are specifically designed according to the specific conditions of the working face, and the effects of the gas comprehensive treatment technology are analyzed. The results show that the coal seam gas content of the working face is reduced from the original 7.50m3/t to 3.5m3/t, and the maximum gas concentration of the return air side and the upper sag angle is 0.34 respectively.% and 0.47%, no gas accumulation phenomenon, ensuring safe production of the working face.
