煤矿斜井巷道运输视频监控系统设计与研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对煤矿井下斜巷运输绞车司机无法对绞车运行状态进行实时监视的问题,开发了适用于斜巷运输系统的视频监控及信号控制系统。系统将先进的视频监控技术、沿线轨道控制数据与斜巷绞车系统相结合,使绞车司机在绞车房可直观的了解矿车在巷道内运动情况,满足了斜巷绞车安全运输的要求。本文详细介绍了监控系统总体架构、详细设计方案、系统主要设备及参数,并阐述了监控系统所能实现的功能。 Aiming at the problem that the winch driver of coal mine underground can not monitor the running state of the winch in real time, a video monitoring and signal control system suitable for the inclined lane transportation system was developed. The system combines advanced video surveillance technology, along-track control data with the inclined lane winch system. The winch driver can intuitively understand the movement of the mine car in the roadway in the winch room. Meet the requirements of safe transportation of inclined lane winch. This paper describes in detail the overall architecture, detailed design, system main equipment and parameters of the monitoring system. It also describes the functions that the monitoring system can achieve.
